Capturing Life's Beauty One Photo at a Time
Graceful and free in flight, the seagull conjures memories of Richard Bach’s Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
Beautiful flight shot!
Thanks very much, Pat!
Excellent! Oh, what a delight this shot is! 😀
Face, thank you so much!
Beautiful captue. You can almost see the air currents under her wings. I love it
Hi Steve — thanks very much.
How lovely, and another Jonathan fan too 🙂
Wonderful post, Vicky! Thanks for the comment and sharing the link.
Your photo really is how I imagine Jonatha and I’m so surprised how many folk have heard of him too.
Excellent shot! How carefree this bird looks in motion.
Thank you so much, Cindy!

Such kind words. Thank you, Kirsten.
Wonderful shot!! 😀
Wolke, thank you.
Oh, just too good.
The panning effect is superb. Wonderful shot.
Thank you, David.
Fantastic. I have a question, since seagulls only eat processed food, cig. butt & beer or soda. How come they don’t throw up? 😉
Probably for the same reason that I never throw up, consuming all of the above…
nice tracking shot, Brian
In my neck of the woods. people who prefer to have clean cars call gulls “shit-hawks” but I’m always highly fascinated by and envious about how beautifully and effortlessly they fly.
I agree. They may not be the bird you most want to see with that shining car, but they are beautiful to watch.
Amazing pan shot. Perfect!
Lorrin, thank you!
