Capturing Life's Beauty One Photo at a Time
Rain gracefully cascades from the hood of the wind chimes, creating its own special tune.
Love this capture! The contrast and the movement are awesome!
I appreciate the comment — thank you.
Thank you, Nikhil.
As the inspiration seems to stay with you I assume that you followed up the idea expressed on the topic with wine and music. 😉
P.S. I understand: no more embeded movie. I should anticipate that…
Oh, I like this one a lot!
Rachael, thank you!
I can hear it! Love this one.
Yes, I can hear the “melody”, too. Thanks!
The poem for your image is up! I’d love to know what you think. http://melodylowes.com/2012/06/07/around-the-next-bend/
Melody, I appreciate your superb poetry. Thank you so much for the artistic interpretation.
Now if we could just add music to the words and image, we’d REALLY have something! 🙂 Thank you for your kind comments – I appreciate your interest in my work.
It’s interesting that you mentioned music. When I read your words, it felt like the genesis of a song, perhaps in the style of Tom Russell or Bob Dylan.
I’m actually a songwriter as well, so I’m sure the lyrical entity creeps into my poems through the back door!
Love this image – the tonal range of the black and white, the movement that it captures, and I can almost hear the sound it’s making!
Hi Barb, thank you for the wonderful feedback.

I feel parched. And I heard this one, actually heard it. Magic!

wow, what shot. Excellent detail, light and theme. It’s a whole gamut of emotions all set into one shot. Great job indeed Brian.
Thanks for the great comment and reblog!
Absolutely, I love your b&w photography and this shot was really amazing, it captured more than just an object being affected by another (rain) but more of a mood which is very hard to do with an inanimate object.
Reblogged this on Infernal Deity of a Psychotic Mind and commented:
