A mural on the exterior wall of the Northside Diner in Chesterton, Indiana highlights celebrities from the 1950s and 1960s, including James Dean, Dean Martin, Jerry Lewis, Buddy Holly, John Wayne, Jackie Gleason, Lucille Ball, Desi Arnaz, Marilyn Monroe, and Audrey Hepburn.

Wouldn’t it be great to go into a restaurant or a cafe and bump into all these people at once? This picture reminded of Woody Allen’s 2011 movie ‘Midnight in Paris’, where the protagonist (Owen Wilson) goes through a dream portal in time, every night, and bumps into the literary, art and movie celebrities of the 1920’s and 1930’s like Ernest Hemingway, T. S. Eliot, Pablo Picasso, Salvador Dalí, Gertrude Stein, and Luis Buñuel.
