Capturing Life's Beauty One Photo at a Time
The afternoon sun spotlights the tones of the countryside.
Photo taken near Kaneville, Illinois and processed in Corel.
look surreal, nice work
Thanks for the feedback.
that’s a lovely photo.. love the red barn.
I appreciate the comment. Thank you.
This is one of my favorites of yours!
Hi Sherry, thanks very much for the support!
You’re welcome Brian!!
Beautiful. Love the colours and the gentle processing.
I love red barns! This is like a painting, a chalk sketch, water color and a picture combined. Great piece to sell!
Thanks, Christine. I’ve been experimenting with Corel Painter, and am happy you like the processing.
It’s just an amazine piece. The clouds look like chalk, the trees water color, the field in oil painting and the barn is a photograph. It’s beautiful Brian.
Looks like a water-color painting, especially the trees on the left!
Nikhil, thank you very much for the comment.
Fantastic shot and great processing!!!
Wonderful! I do a lot of rural photography as well……love it!
Madelaine, thank you so much for the comment!

Kate, thank you very much!
Wonderful! Love how the barn stands out and the softness and peaceful feel to this.

Derrick, thank you.
Another awesome shot, I just love your work its amazing. Cheers callie
Thanks so much, Callie. The feeling is mutual.
Amazing colors and a bit “Dawn of the Dead in Technicolor” love it. How did you get that sort of sunny fog created?
Thanks. This was an attempt to use the barn as the focal point while “painting” the surrounding countryside with an impressionistic feel.
It worked, yet, though beautiful, it is at the same time beautifully eerie
loving the colours and blend here
Thank you, Rob!
lovely composition, love the softeness and colors
I appreciate the feedback, Dianne!
