Capturing Life's Beauty One Photo at a Time
Beyond the serpentine path and tall grasses, the prairie unveils the mystery near the top of the slope, with meadows and wildflowers in the distance.
Peck Farm Park in Geneva, Illinois is the venue for nature’s beauty.
Exquisite photo =)
Beautiful color of the grasses. The ecological and environmental history of theprairie is so interesting,
I adore prairies but have only visited a couple of them. I’m longing to go back to Kansas, the Flint Hills, in springtime. This prairie looks like another long grass prairie? Maybe? I’m a prairie newbie…
And I wanted to add a comment, too, about your banner photograph – I LOVE it. The rich golden light illuminating the grasses and that blue sky is incredible.
Love this. So many people fail to look close enough to find the beauty in prairie scenes.
